LIGHT - MEDIUM FLAVOUR
Por Larranaga was founded by Ignacio Larranaga in 1834 and by the end of the 19th Century had become very popular by producing cigars of both affordable and expensive price ranges. Por Larrañaga became the first factory to make machine-made cigars which soon resulted in a boycott by factory workers. At the time of the revolution, Por Larrañaga was the sixth largest producing Cuban brand. Due to a litigation issue in the 90's, Por Larrañaga saw a huge decline in sales and were only mainly exported to Canada and certain Middle-Eastern countries. Recently, however, sales have increased dramatically and Por Larrañaga now produce exquisite cigars that have a very light but complex flavour.
